Not many of the seniors were here today. When they did come, for the most part they started working right away. Someone mentioned that the checklist made it easy for what needed to be done. I think I'm going to continue to do this for next session but stop after second semester. I will have the project manager start creating checklists the last 1/2 hour of class.
The video group finally filmed videos. Issac was more productive today than usually. He edited the flash video a little but, but they did not do their voice overs. Quentin I think felt bad about the laptop. I told him that ITA was going to give the laptop back but he should repay ITA for this generosity by working hard on the videos. I think his goal right now is trying to do all four videos before the Holiday Luncheon.
Pregnancy Helpline had a hard time with the design again. Alexia finished all the corrections that Terri e-mailed her but was frusteated with the design for the rest of the session. Jae was doing his best but he was stuck. Then Drew came to help and basically saved their group. Right now, they're going from paper and starting from that.
Capital Candlelighters made the entire site clickable and is almsot done with the design. Right now I think Drew or Chou needs to look at the design and give feedback. I'll put these comments on their checklist paper. Kalia came 2 hour late. I had her take over Jasmine's spot but again she was not producvitve which made Jasmine upset. I'm not sure about what I should tell her. She is still showing up late and being unproductive. I could just ask her to work on permit tests or something else if she is still not contributing. Do you think I should e-mail her? Luis had a hard time with the design. He wanted Christina's imput who was not here. I told him to just lay some kind of foundation for her. He agreeed but is very sick of the website.
