1/3/09 Senior Working on Portfolios

The seniors were semi-productive with their portfolios. Jae and Cristina went beyond and above making a new layout and everything.Most of them except for Kalia had something on their portfolio but not much. I really don't know if the seniors needed a day for their portfolios. Students need to know that interns look at their portfolios. The about me needs to be professional not like your MySpace or Facebook blurb. Also, there needs to be a rule where the students put 3-5 sentences about their projects that are good sentences. We need to read out loud what the students have written and fix grammar errors. A lot of the seniors had really bad grammar. Another probalme that I think will not be fixed is where students find their projects. I think from now on we just need to be organized about projects so it is easy for students to find.
