3/7/09 Seniors

WOOHOO THE SENIORS ARE BASICALLY DONE WITH THEIR NON-PROFITS! So it looks like all of the groups are good to go. The video group really just needs to do minor editing stuff, the problem is motivating Issac and Quentin to change their past videos. Next session will be the last time I try and push them. Both Capital Candleligthers and Pregnancy Helpline are practically done. They have less than 10 minor changes that need to be made. When teaching this day, my main goal was to motivate the students so they would finish their projects. It also helped that the seniors were so sick of their projects they just wanted to get them done. For the last 1/2 of class, the seniors did a peer review of each others projects. They also indicated what PLC stuff they wanted to complete. The goal for next session will be to polish everything, work on portfolios and spring showcase.
